Foreword
www.varlostylebeautystore.com (hereinafter “the Site”) are offered by Varlostyle Beauty Store. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Varlostyle Beauty Store, established and having its registered physical brick and mortar location at Shop No. 17 Centro Mall Kabulonga (hereinafter “Varlostyle Beauty Store”) and any person (hereinafter “the Customer”) visiting the Site and/or making a purchase through it.
Acceptance of the General Conditions
Any order made via the Site implies acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale, which the Customer declares to have read and understood and which s/he accepts without limitations or reservations.
As the General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to change at any time, the applicable version is the one in force and published on the Site on the date the order is placed.
Order
The Customer declares and certifies that s/he is of legal age and has the legal capacity or has authorisation from a legal representative allowing them to place an order via the Site and to consume the products ordered.
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE accepts the Customer's order within the limits of available stocks. In the presence of an order of an abnormal quantity,
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE reserves the right, without assuming the obligation, to contact the Customer in order to verify the accuracy in order to accept or refuse it. The sales contract between the Customer and
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE is only validly formed from the written confirmation of the order to the email address previously indicated by the Customer and the receipt of payment relating to the latter.
Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) with symbol (K) and include the VAT in force at the time of the order. They can be changed without notice.
Gift wrapping and delivery costs are not included, which may be added to the invoice at checkout.
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE cannot exclude any error in the prices displayed on the site. If the actual price of the product in question is lower than the price displayed on the Site,
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE will automatically apply the lowest price. If the actual price is higher than the price displayed on the Site,
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE will inform the Customer, who will have the choice between canceling the order and maintaining it at the actual price.
Deadlines and delivery
The delivery times indicated on the Site are purely indicative. They only run from the day of full payment of the price of the order.
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer when ordering.
VARLOSTYLE BEAUTY STORE is validly released from its obligations by delivering to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any impossibility on his part to take charge of the products on the day and at the time indicated or agreed. The costs incurred as a result will be borne by the Customer.
Lost parcels
If you have never received your parcel, you must inform us within 5 days of placing your order. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Your package displays a "Delivered" status, but you haven't received it? Check the following options before contacting us:
- Check if someone else (your neighbor or a cohabitant) has received your package.
- Your package may also have been delivered according to your delivery preferences (directly to a Collection Point, to your safe place, to your neighbour).
- Also check if you have not received a delivery notice from the Courier service. It indicates where your package was sent.
We are not responsible for refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered.
Payment and retention of title
Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or VISA, American Express or Mastercard and Mobile Money Service.
Orders are processed upon receipt of funds corresponding to full payment of the invoice. Any order whose price has not been paid in full seven (7) days from the date of the order will be canceled automatically and without further formality.
The products ordered remain our property until their full payment.
Returns procedure
For any return, please send us an email to contact@varlostylebeautystore.com to let us know. Please specify: the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return and a request for exchange.
Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 5 days from the date of the order on condition that the item is still sealed and untampered with. Returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim. In addition, so that your return is processed as soon as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@varlostylebeautystore.com.
Orders made on the website can be returned or exchanged in our shop.
Upon receipt of the package, we will contact the Customer to agree on the terms of reimbursement of the purchase price of the products concerned.
Intimate accessories CAN NOT be returned for hygienic reasons.

The Customer undertakes to examine the items delivered upon receipt. We assume no responsibility for any deterioration of the products after their delivery. No more complaints will be accepted beyond twenty-four hours following delivery. After this period, any delivery will be considered as conforming to the order. To benefit from an exchange or a refund, the Customer must return the damaged or non-compliant products to his order within 2 days of his complaint.

After this period, the complaint is considered withdrawn and the delivery accepted. Returns must be made in accordance with the Returns Procedure.
